About Cecilie

Cecilie is a dedicated, long-time practitioner of yoga, who teaches Vinyasa yoga, Restorative yoga, and yoga Nidra in Oslo, Norway. Cecilie is also a coach and Gestalt Psychotherapist, which takes a holistic, client-centred approach to help focus on the present moment and increase self-awareness. Breathwork and body awareness are two of the Gestalt techniques that Cecilie often use with clients.

Cecilie has been practicing yoga since the beginning of 2000. Her first yoga experience was with classical yoga (Hatha). For several years she had a regular Ashtanga yoga practice at Puro Yoga in Oslo. After exploring Hot yoga, Bikram yoga, Arial yoga, Yin yoga and other styles, Cecilie finally “found herself” with the practice of Vinyasa yoga, Restorative yoga as well as the healing meditation of yoga Nidra.

Cecilie teaches in both Norwegian and English.
