– what do they have in common?
For Cecilie these three modalities have a clear connection.
Her main view is the holistic approach to life and how we as humans are naturally linked together in relation to each other in many ways – at the workplace, in everyday experiences, in nature, in relation with both self (the I – me relationship) and Self (capital S – connection with something bigger than ourselves).
In short, we cannot live a quality, health and happy life without a connection to others and (S)self, and corporations cannot achieve outstanding and sustainable business results without fostering and developing strong and safe colleague relationships.
All three modalities combines mind, body and soul.
Gestalt therapy and mindful coaching
Walk & Talk
Cecilie will meet you in person for a Walk & Talk.
For the duration of the session (normally 60 minutes) you will take a walk together.
You will decide the pace/tempo/direction of you walk together. You will normally stay within a 2-3 km radius of the starting point. If it feels natural during the walk, you might sit down on a bench, steps, rock or other. You will decide the topic of the conversation and together we will practice mindful awareness.
Cecilie combines the ancient yogic practices with mindfulness and the more modern gestalt approach.
Cecilie teaches and consults in English and Norwegian.
